12 November 2016, Rome/Marrakech--- Today, at the UN Climate Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco. The annual Conference of Parties - known this year as COP22 – is being referred to as the “COP for Action” placing added pressure on governments to make progress and meet their national targets.
