The goal is to provide to the farming communities
of a better understand of freeze protection and to develop strategies
to combat crop losses due to freezing.
User-friendly computer programs are provided for some applications
and useful information on simple, inexpensive measurements and applications
using charts and tables are given along with the algorithms used
to make them.
