Global Agro Ecological Zones (GAEZ) Data Portal is presented to the Eurasian Centre for Food Security (ECFS) Strategic Planning Workshop jointly organized by ECFS, FAO and the World Bank, on Monday, December 3, 2012. The presentation focused on the GAEZ and its relevance to the ECFS related work, focusing on potential applications of the products for the entire Eurasian area and beyond including land, soil, terrain and meteorological data.
