Review and planning meeting - 27/28 February 2012 in Kigali, Rwanda

A 2-3 day review and planning meeting was held in the FAO Representation, Kigali with the 4 national project managers (NPMs) and the regional project coordinator (RPC) which reviewed progress, 2012 workplan, and target indicators and M&E plan/tools for monitoring at farm-household/FFS, community/ catchment, district/country and river basin levels. It was agreed that the finalized workplan and budget for 2012 should be sent by the NPMs to the RPC and LTU for final review and subsequent transmission to the FAORs and PSC members for any observations and specification of any required support.
