Videos on land degradation and sustainable land management in Senegal |
Videos recorded by the CSE-LADA team in Senegal during local assessments of land degradation and sustainable land management can be viewed on You Tube. The videos were shot in the Department of Nioro du Rip (groundnut basin, in the Western Center of Senegal) from June 16th to 24th 2009 and in the the Arrondissement of Barkedji (sylvopastoral zone, in the Northern Center of Senegal) from July 23rd to August 3rd 2009. The themes addressed are the following livelihoods, vegetation, water resources and soil. |
