RAI Filming Mission to Uganda

RAI International, the global wing of the Italian national broadcaster, is planning a filming mission to Uganda with the intention of producing a news story and a half-hour special program on water management, in relation to World Water Day. Italian TV journalist Luciana Capretti and her cameraman will arrive in Uganda on 10th March 2007. Their program will focus on water scarcity, and on how Nile societies can increase their potential to adapt successfully, and within the necessary time frame, to new levels of resource scarcity as a result of ongoing population growth and climate variability.
