Cette section fournit des renseignements sur les recommandations et les guides alimentaires en Europe.

En 2018, plus de 30 pays de la région ont des recommandations alimentaires nationales pour le grand public, et un nombre considérable d'entre eux ont également élaboré des recommandations adaptées à l'alimentation des enfants, ainsi que du matériel pédagogique destiné à d'autres groupes d'âge.

Cette section a été rédigée en collaboration avec le Bureau régional de l'Europe de l'OMS.

Nous invitons les gouvernements à nous transmettre les recommandations alimentaires nouvelles ou révisées, ainsi que toute nouvelle information concernant leur pays.
