The Regional South-South and Triangular Cooperation panel discussion took place in Antalya (Turkey). FAO facilitated the discussion between government representatives (Russia, Azerbaijan) and researchers (CIHEAM, and Turkey), elaborating the role and importance of partnerships amongst research institutions. The main objectives of the side event highlighted the results achieved thoroughly SSC/TrC facilitated by FAO and explored opportunities for expanding such cooperation through strategic engagements with national agriculture research institutions of REU member states.
