Seminar on “Parliamentary Networks and Food Security Challenges” and first meeting of parliamentary network on food security in Africa and the Arab world

This international seminar on parliamentary networks and food security challenges will also be the first meeting of the parliamentary network on food security in Africa and the Arab world, an initiative of Association of Senate, Shoora and Equivalent Councils in Africa and Arab World (ASSECCA). The event will bring together parliamentarians from the region who work on issues of food security and nutrition, providing them with opportunities to share expertise and lessons learned within their common areas of work and to deepen their knowledge of issues that can impact food security.
