En el marco del diálogo político de alto nivel que impulsa el programa “Mesoamérica sin Hambre AMEXCID-FAO”, se celebró un encuentro en coordinación con la Presidencia Conjunta del Proyecto de Integración y Desarrollo de Mesoamérica (PM), ostentada actualmente por México y Costa Rica, que tuvo por objetivo compartir las experiencias y resultados alcanzados en el marco de este Programa en territorio costarricense.

21/10/2022 Rome, Italy – On the sidelines of the World Food Forum, the Director of FAO’s South-South and Triangular Cooperation division (PST), Mr Anping Ye, met with His Excellency, Mr Aly Coulibaly, Ambassador Permanent Representative of the Republic of Mali to the Rome Based Agencies (RBAs) and his delegation, to discuss potential joint collaboration on South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC). On 14 October 2022 the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Mississippi State University (MSU) have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen innovative use of science, data and technology to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The FAO and MSU have a long-standing partnership, which began in 2010 and has been contributing to innovative aquaculture management for over a decade.
