La FAO + Noruega: una visión compartida para el desarrollo global sostenible
El 10 de diciembre de 2019, Noruega, a través del Organismo Noruego de Cooperación para el Desarrollo (Norad, por sus siglas en inglés), firmó oficialmente un acuerdo para convertirse en miembro contribuyente del Mecanismo flexible multiasociados (FMM por sus siglas en inglés) de la FAO. San Pedro del Paraná, Paraguay, 13 de diciembre de 2019 – Cerca de 300 agricultores y agricultoras familiares representantes de organizaciones campesinas y asentamientos de Paraguay participaron de un Día de Campo, en el Departamento de Itapuá, para conocer de más acerca los beneficios de los sistemas de producción conservacionistas, manejo de suelo degradado, cultivos alimentarios como maíz, yuca y sésamo asociados al cultivo de algodón. La actividad también contó con la asistencia de 50 técnicos y técnicas de la extensión rural paraguaya.
