New early warning apps designed by the youth in Egypt

Dr. Amgad Elmahdi, Head of MENA Region, Principal Researcher of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) shares his experiences on the use of early warning apps by farmers, designed by the youth in Egypt during a Hackathon.
