Objective:
Action for sustainable change (AFOSC) is a non-governmental organization registered in Kenya. It is geared towards assisting the most vulnerable among the pastoralist community who are affected either by the recurring drought or the frequent ethnic clashes over the inadequate resources (pasture and water). Among the many issues that AFOSC addresses within its strategy includes high level of illiteracy, poverty, poor health services, water shortages, poor sanitation and environmental degradation.
