You will recall that, at its Seventh Session, the Governing Body of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture “urge[d] Contracting Parties that have not yet done so, including States that have become Contracting Parties since the Fifth Session and before the Seventh Session of the Governing Body, to submit, as soon as possible their reports pursuant to Section V of the Compliance Procedures” (Resolution 8/2017).
