02/08/2011 Significant correspondence concerning the implementation of the International Treaty is being addressed to Contracting Parties on a regular basis. In order to facilitate the rapid distribution of such correspondence to the relevant officials, Contracting Parties are invited to nominate a National Focal Point, to whom correspondence should be addressed, or to update the contact details of those already nominated if these have changed.
