《2020年粮食及农业状况》的发布让我们有机会更多地了解粮农组织在确保高效、可持续和公平获得水资源方面的工作。
最新出版：《2020年粮食及农业状况：应对农业中的水资源挑战》
本年度报告对灌溉农业和雨养农业普遍缺水的情况进行了新的评估，并就各国如何优先排序各项政策和干预措施提供了指导意见。

本报告呼吁采取基于人权的水治理方法。承认获取水资源、饮水和家庭用水以及粮食种植用水方面的人权将对水资源分配产生影响，并对其他用水类型设定限制。这也意味着还需要考虑到不歧视和尊重土著人民权利等重要原则。
