Exhibition - Celebrating the International Year of Pulses

The SWMCN Section together with the Plant Breeding and Genetics Section within the Joint FAO/IAEA Division of Nuclear techniques in Food and Agriculture will be celebrating the International Year of Pulses (IYP), as part of the global celebration of the 2016 IYP events. Pulses will be presented as crops showing nodules for their ability to fix nitrogen to improve soil fertility which can be quantified through the use of 15N stable isotope.
