Blischenko Congress. Round Table: International Environmental and Food Security: International Year of Pulses

The Department of International Law, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, is pleased to announce its 14th Blischenko Congress.

The Congress will be held on April 16, 2016, at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. Registration 9.00-10.00. Plenary Session 10.00-12.00. Sections 13.00-17.00. Closing 17.00-17.30.

At the plenary session, we anticipate the reports by the professors from abroad, experts of the UN system, chairs of the leading international law departments of Russia, by representatives of international organizations, the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences, etc.

The main work of the Conference will be carried out through sections sessions. The preliminary topics for section reports include International Environmental and Food Security: International Year of Pulses.
