Future Development

This website will be developed to provide a richer collection of concepts, guidelines and resources developed through the Programme. Elements that have been discussed for eventual inclusion in the website include:

• case studies on Information and Communication for Develoment (ICD) technologies that validate guidelines on good practice



• case studies submitted by website visitors



• resources submitted by website visitors

• creation of specific online community(ies)



• improved search capabilities



• details of ICD-related funding opportunities

Website visitors are encouraged to offer opinions and suggestions on how the site can be improved and on potential partnerships within the scope of the programme. Comments can be sent to brdd@fao.org , and an opinion survey can be accessed here.
