The Guidelines were developed as part of the Global Strategy to improve Agricultural and Rural Statistics (GSARS). They propose Decent Work indicators that focus on youth (ages 15-24) within developing countries. The indicators proposed require only minor changes or additions to labour force surveys and agricultural surveys.
