Effective Action: Strategy and Coordination

  Only through effective rights-oriented policies and coordinated rights-based strategies can duty-bearers fulfil their obligations to enable rights-holders to feed themselves.

  The sincerity of a state's commitment to the progressive realization of the human right to food can be observed in its development and implementation of policies. Each state party should adopt a national strategy to ensure food and nutrition security for all, and formulate policies and benchmarks accordingly:
