| Report of the World Food Summit |
| Heads of Delegation of 176 countries and of the European Community addressed the World Food Summit. In addition representatives of an observer state of 19 United Nations organizations of 23 other intergovernmental organizations and of 13 NGO caucuses delivered statements. The Summit also received reports from events taking place in parallel to the World Food Summit - the NGO Forum a meeting of Parliamentarians and the International Youth Forum (Annex III). Four countries exercised their right of reply pursuant to Rule 20 of the Rules of Procedure of the Summit. |
