| Access to land and productive resources- Summary |
| This document aims to contribute to the clarification of human rights obligations related to land access and agrarian reform derived from the human right to adequate food. For this purpose the authors shall systematically interpret the VG with regard to land and productive resources in light of the main international human rights instruments. The VG ask States to inform the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) about progress made with respect to the application of the VG with a view to the progressive realisation of the right to adequate food within the context of national food security. |
