bullet Plenary Sessions
On the first day of the Forum,international experts will set the stage by providing an overview of the current global challenges and where do we stand on the implementation of the right to food. Thereafter, speakers from five countries representing goverments, national human right institutions and civil society organizations will provide a closer view of the current status and lessons learned from the implementation of the right to food at national level.
 
bullet Parallel Panel Sessions
On the second and third day, parallel panels will bring together international experts (international experts (international organization or a university), government representatives and representatives of civil society to discuss lessons learned on 5 areas of action of right to food implementation: Advocacy and Training; Information and Assessment; Legislation and Accountability; Strategy and Coordination and; enchmarks and Monitoring. Stakeholder panels will also discuss and propose ways to promote further the implementation of the Right to Food Guidelines.

Side Events
Side events will provide the opportunity for all stakeholders to present case studies to illustrate the many actions taken at country level towards the implementation of the Right to Food.

Languages
Simultaneous interpretation will be provide into and from English, French and Spanish.

bullet Outcome
The conclusions by the Forum President and the report from the panels by the Forum Rapporteur will reflect the status of implementation of the right to food, the experiences made to date in different countries, the lessons learned, and the recommendations that emerged from the discussions at the Forum. Together with relevant technical papers and the contributions made, they will be published in a book. It is expected that this book will support the further implementation of the Right to Food Guidelines and thus contribute to the realization of the right to adequate food for all.
