Adequate food
Today, some 854 million people are undernourished and many more lack the vitamins and minerals needed for healthy growth, sound development and the ability to remain in good health.
The right to food includes the right to be free from hunger and the right to adequate food. States should ensure that all foods available on the market are wholesome, nutritious and fit for human consumption.
