The Adelboden Group Bureau, in its advisory capacity to the SARD-M Project, will be consulted by FAO on 12 December 2005 at FAO Headquarters in Rome.

The meeting, chaired by Mr. Miguel Palomino de la Gala, President of the Adelboden Group Bureau, will:

1. Review the progress made in the implementation of the SARD-M Project since its launch at
the end of February 2005;
2. Provide advice on the project work plan for 2006;
3. Discuss the possible orientations of future activities of the project for 2007 and 2008.

On 13 and 14 December, the Bureau will have additional discussions on issues related to the Adelboden Group such as the rules of procedure, the funding and a working programme.
