As part of the SARD Initiative team, Caroline:

• Contributed to the conceptualization, peer review, management and writing of a paper on Cultural Indicators for Indigenous Peoples’ Food and Agroecosystems

• Complied an inventory of FAO resources on Institution Building for the Interdepartmental Working Group on Institution Building for Agriculture and Rural Development

• Developed a questionnaire to evaluate the usefulness and impact of SDAR (Rural institutions and participation service)publications

• Produced the second edition of the SARD Initiative Newsletter

• Prepared and delivered a presentation on Upscaling Methods at workshop “Good Practices: From Identification to Scaling Up”(Rome, March, 2006)

• Edited good practices for the SARD Initiative database available on the website

• Performed other tasks such as the recruitment and training of volunteers, monitored the SARD Initiative mailbox and dealt with correspondence and uploaded documents to the SARD Initiative website
