The FAO Assistant Director-General presented the Special SOM–AMAF meeting with an update on the Save Food Asia–Pacific Campaign, supported by the FAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific. Portuguese Food and Economic Safety Authority (ASAE) acknowledged SAVE FOOD partner DariAcordar (Portugal) in their collaboration to ensure availability of appropriate food safety and quality monitor and evolution tools for recovery and redistribution of cooked meals.
