SAVE FOOD: Global Initiative on Food Loss and Waste Reduction
 

Report from Save Food partnership event out

One hundred and sixty seven participants from 40 countries participated in the first Save Food partnership event to learn more about the initiative and to find more ways of working together to reduce food loss and waste reduction. The two-day conference, held on 10-11 December 2013 at FAO HQs, aimed at improving information sharing and commitment to the SAVE FOOD agenda through 10 sessions with more than 30 presentations and interactive panel debates by actors in the food value chain from all regions of the world.
