ICT needs for ecological and organic agriculture in Bulgaria , Serbia and Kosovo

This report is an assessment of information and communication capacity building needs in the National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS) and their partners in Bulgaria, Serbia and Kosovo. Special emphasis is given to those institutions and organization involved with ecological and organic agricultural production. This report is part of the three studies that FAO commissioned in order to gain an overview of the ICT status and needs in NARS of member countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
