Correspondence with the editor (lavinia.gasperini@fao.org)
Some of you wrote asking what type of action they can initiate
as a flagship member.
We suggest the following :
- Coordinate and exchange with other potential ERP flagship members in your own country and region on possible
common action in favor of ERP
- Complete the questionnaire which describes your activities and
the type of experiences you would like to share with others. The information available in
the questionnaire will be shared with ERP members in the coming future
- Contribute to the newsletter by sharing your experience and allowing us to learn from
good practice. As as first example we are attaching the document provided by Bunyad Literacy Community Council, a
Pakistan NGO, on "Uplift and Empowerment of Rural Women". You can contribute to
the newsletter by sending us an abstract of a maximum of 300 words summarizing your
experience/activity and the lessons others can learn from it, followed by an article of
maximum 1500 words. Since we do not have editorial facilities, please ensure that the
article is edited in standard English and is ready for publication.
