| The project focuses on the dairy products industry in Kenya. It aims at teaching knowledges and skills in marketing techniques to small and medium milk producers with little or no experience in market rules.
The marketing chain includes all players, from producers to consumers, in a system which follows the market liberalization.
The project gives special attention to pricing of milk and its products, to marketing research and to the business plan.
