| This manual is intended as a guide to trainers of “animators” or teachers in non formal adult education centres for fisherfolk in Tamil Nadu, India. This publication proposes a participative approach to be used by animators to train learners in order to solve the problems of their villages. The trainer’s manual contains easy-to-use step-by-step explanations for trainers in their conduct of various sessions.
