This paper addresses HIV/AIDS specialists. The puropose is to examine the impact of HIV/AIDS on rural livelihoods asset and to identify possible indicators of their impacts that are relevant to household foodsecurity. A related objective is to identify potential measures for evaluating the impacts of mitigation strategies in the agricultural sector on HIV/AIDS induced food insecurity.
