| This book is a training tool for extensionists and researchers of the agriculture rural development and education sectors. It is the result of an inter-institutional expert consultation workshop organized by FAO and GTZ. The workshop was conducted jointly with the Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry “Laimburg” and held at the Center’s facilities in Ora (Bolzano, Italy) from 18 to 22 October 2004.
