| This manual, especially aimed at extensionists, teachers and agriculture students, is about the production and use of native crops in the Andean regions of Peru and Bolivia. The information provided in this manual comes from two different sources: experience and traditional practices from Andean farmers during the last centuries and publications on new technologies which have been used recently or proposed with the aim of increasing productivity.
