Objectives:

The development objective of the project is to improve, through strengthened research-extension linkages, the agricultural advisory services provided to resource poor farmers in support of food security and rural development to eradicate poverty within the framework of the Programme for Modernization of Agriculture (PMA).

The immediate objective is to develop the necessary institutional structures and processes, and build capacities, to improve communication and exchange of information between agricultural research and extension service providers in Uganda.
