The information listed in the following help files has been provided to assist partners organizations and the general public to familiarize themselves with the functionality, terminology and use of the TECA site and database.

By clicking on the links in the left menu, specific information for users can be found. Before taking an active part in the system, it is advised to review the help files, especially the Manual "TECA User's Guide" (PDF - 888 Kb), in order to have a clear understanding of the way the database works.
The manual explains how to document technologies with TECA and also how to search in the TECA Database from Internet and from the Intranet. Under the section "How to Contribute with New Technologies" there is a detailed list of the different options that the user can find in the system when using TECA to document proven technologies and some tips based on previous experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions and a Definitions sections are provided for general understanding of the system and the conceptual framework.
