To implement Regional Programmes, FAO works with regional economic communities and organizations. Some, such as the Pacific Islands Forum, UEMOA (West African Economic and Monetary Union and CARICOM/CARIFORUM (Caribbean Community/Forum), have Regional Programmes that are fully-funded and are implemented in their member countries. Other Regional Programmes are still in the formulation and development phase.
