This distance-learning course is offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese by the ILO’s International Training Centre (ITC) from 1 May to 15 December 2017. It offers an on-the-job learning opportunity using practical tools and lessons from enterprise development programmes that have reached thousands of small enterprises. Participants will select a work challenge as an assignment and receive support from international experts acting as online tutors.
