Methodological Toolkit for Promoting Business Partnerships in Agrifood Chains

This training manual’s main objective is promoting and developing business partnerships. It provides tools to help include small producers in the production process and the market from a value chain perspective.  There are five modules to this guide, each of which describes a component of the partnership promotion process: Module 1:  Agrifood chain selection; Module 2:  Agrifood chain diagnosis and understanding; Module 3: Preparation for setting up partnerships; Module 4: Partnership development; Module5:  Monitoring and evaluation. Each of the modules is divided into phases which in turn include methods, techniques and tools, as well as methodological descriptions, steps to guide the user, estimated time needed, materials required and expected results.
