This training manual looks at developing group enterprises and strengthening existing group enterprises. It is amid a farmer and village level groups and is based on a business enterprise development process and is thus  practical in nature and can be used either as a complete training programme or single modules can be used for developing training courses. The training manual provides for many practical exercises, fact sheets and guidance to trainers.  The training manual has been used successfully in training programmes and courses. The training manual is composed of five modules: Module 1: Group formation and strengthening; Module 2:  Post-harvest handling systems; Module 3: Marketing; Module 4: Record keeping; Module 5: Financial management.
