Institutions forestières publiques

L’objectif de ce module est de doter les gestionnaires forestiers, les facilitateurs et les décideurs des outils de base leur permettant d’évaluer les institutions forestières publiques, de soutenir les processus de changement et de mesurer les changements organisationnels. Le module fournit des informations, des directives et des exemples d’outils aptes à évaluer et renforcer les institutions forestières publiques pour qu’elles puissent remplir leurs fonctions plus efficacement.
