The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is seeking qualified candidates for the two Associated Professional Officer (APO) positions listed below:

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

Contract information

In principle, the duration of an APO assignment funded by the Netherlands is up to maximum of 36 months.  An assignment is limited to one posting, irrespective of the length of the posting.

APOs shall be appointed for an initial period of 12 months (extendable to a maximum of three years). APOs shall be appointed as FAO staff members at the P-1 scale, step 1, or at the P-2 scale, step 1, in the first year depending on the level of education and relevant work experience.
