Objectives

EX-ACT has been used to help policy makers in agriculture and forestry planning. It particularly reflects the ability of EX-ACT to be a helpful decision-making tool.

"How to mainstream climate change adaptation and mitigation into agriculture policies?..."

The following working document has been developed within the rapidly changing environment of climate change and development within the context of the preparation of the 2009 Copenhagen Summit and many newly open options, on the way to bridging climate change adaptation and mitigation actions to sector development policies and further how to fund such actions in developing countries.

 

 

The following presentation establishes the basis to answer the above question, presenting the main concepts behind it, followed by a few policy options.
