Our work covers various stages of the policy process:

• We support the formulation of new policies: we provide advice and capacity development based on sound research and analysis.
• We support monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of policies once implemented: we develop systems to keep track of policies and fine-tune them.

Work in these areas is a result of  the wide-ranging expertise of our experienced team of specialists. This has led to the development of a number of powerful and flexible tools and methodologies which can be readily applied to new projects.
