Data collection and analysis for ex-ante socio-economic impact assessment of policies especially with respect to poverty, inequality and food security indicators (e.g., using micro-level statistical surveys); design and delivery of capacity building programmes and preparation of training modules for policy analysis and formulation in agriculture and the rural sector;  support to the formulation of territorial (regional) development programmes; preparation of technical papers on selected policy issues; formulation of FAO’s country assistance programmes.

University Degree (4 years) in Finance and Economics (University of Tirana, Albania); MSc Agricultural Economics (Wye College, University of London); MSc in Advanced Economics and PhD in Development and Transition Economics (Catholic University of Leuven, in Belgium).
