To help rural farmers mitigate its impact, TECA has highlighted some practices that can be adopted and adapted during this time. These can potentially help boost agricultural innovation at the local level, thereby providing possible solutions for smallholder farmers’ needs, improving farming community livelihoods, and responding to broader global food and agriculture challenges.
