Legal recognition and allocation of tenure rights and duties

Part 3 of the Voluntary Guidelines addresses the governance of tenure when tenure rights are legally recognized or allocated, including rights to public land, fisheries and forests, and regarding the tenure rights of indigenous peoples and other communities with customary tenure.
