Purpose

The Subsidiary Body on Dispute Settlement (SBDS) manages CPM’s dispute settlement functions and helps CPM with dispute settlement in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and other organizations.

The SBDS consists of seven members, one from each of the FAO Regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, Near East, North America, and Southwest Pacific. Membership and potential replacements
